  Very upset! It take forever to order a sub. There were only one man tonight to do the subs. Poor Raul! He did his best but he was alone . You had Bobbi there that look like was doing the subs from online order. She is so slow to move that a turtle will pass her. She sees the big line but does not care. She takes her time and do not rush. She was probably told to do the online order only. I told her that I have been waiting for ever and if she could help Raul with the subs . She did not say a word, left for a few minutes, came back and
  around 5 minutes later, 2 people came to help. That Bobbi took half of the counter and those poor 3 guys had no space to do the subs. Bobbi should do those subs on the back. Your subs are very good but not worth the aggravation.

  This is the worst publix I've ever been to. Poorly managed in the deli section particularly. They are forever out of everything, want fried chicken, wait 25 minutes. Want a sub? Got to go cut the meat first. Family meal deal? Let me get the beans from the back fridge. I could go on and on. Service is friendly, but it doesn't make up for their lack of preparation.
